Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation workers found the body of a 43-year-old woman in an alley in the 4300 block of West Carroll Avenue in West Garfield Park at about 8:15 a.m. The body was partially clothed. The woman was declared dead on the scene. The woman's name was not being released, pending positive identification by family members.
