I have looked at numerous articles arguing both sides of the debate on gun regulations. One argument is that more guns equals more gun violence. The other side of the debate is that more guns equals less violence. Both sides seem to have legitimate arguements with their own circumstantial evidence. One thing everyone seems to be avoiding is the fact that whether or not there are gun laws, the majority of gun related violent crime is carried out with fire arms that are unregistered or stolen. The people that are responsible gun owners who register their guns and keep them stored safely are not the ones we need to worry about. I can't see a guy buying a gun off the street and going out to register it so that when he kills someone he can be traced. It seems like some important issues are being ignored.
